His lampstand

When the Messiah is speaking to John of the seven churches, He brings up the issue of their lampstands. He explains to John of their callings, success, weaknesses, and what needs to be accomplished for the win.

He’s incredible this way.  He takes into account every aspect of the scenario. He recognizes the environment, battles confronting them… He can see the resistance and their capabilities. He takes into account the work they have done by faith. He acknowledges their weakness, giving them a way out. He reminds them of His promise to them regarding their rewards. He doesnt leave them, eventhough His necessary rebuke is severe. He cheers them on into a strong finish.

I wonder what it would be like (if we haven’t already) to ask God the identity of our lampstand, with the intention of inviting Him in to conduct a personal evaluation appointment with us?

Something so powerful about the message of the seven churches is that the Resurrected Messiah presented Himself, revealing aspects of His identity specific to each Church.

This means that the portion of His identity revealed, was infused into that specific Church. This was intended to equip each member;  giving them the grace to exemplify that part of the identity of Christ; in so doing , they would have experienced the empowerment of His Spirit enabling them to fulfill their mandate .

Romans 1:19 says, “Because what may be known of God is manifested in them for God has shown it to them.”

All those times that the Lord revealed a portion of who He is to us, He was enabling and empowering us to fulfill our mandate. He was inviting us into “becoming like Him,”and using His strength to accomplish the works which partnered with His faith in us.

He intends for the overcoming nature within us to shine brightly.

Side Note:

What is this I am feeling right now. It’s like I can see Jesus within the garden of the lampstand. I can hear Him wanting to speak to each of His children. I can see His eyes intentional and administrative, ready to describe, teach, and encourage the one who would advance towards Him. I can see Him already walking towards the one who is right there. There is no hesitance in Him, but I can feel the hesitancy in the one to my peripheral. There is no shame. Just fabulous excitement on His part to have time with the one He loves.

On the side of the soul of humankind, not all, but some …. there is a hesitation to draw close to Him. Hmmm. They do not feel worthy. They didnt know they were allowed to remove the veil of shame, isolation, and rejection. They thought their old thought systems was the way it will always be. They thought their way was more stubbornly determined than His.

What is that? He is a dictator and demanding and commanding Being, you say? No, No, it is clear from the attitude and posture of Jesus that He always intended for you and I to work with Him.

Yes, it’s true. Look right there. His administration of His Father’s design is on the tablets of His heart and on the table within His garden, laid out for you and I to ponder with Him.  He is wanting to speak with you and I. He is wanting to work together.

It was Him who said, “How lovely it is when brethern dwell together in unity.” He would not of directed us into that challenge, if He Himself did not want to unite with us. Unity is a heart level connection, which is an enabling force for us to become one with each other and WITH HIM! He the Living God desires that.

Okay Back to the question:

This question. “I wonder what it would be like (if we haven’t already) to ask God the identity of our lampstand, with the intention of inviting Him in to conduct a personal evaluation appointment with us?”

Well for the last 9 months He has had me within this holding pattern. I wont go into full detail yet, but I will say this. My heart has been blown wide open – – expanded beyond what I though possible. How and why? How? Through His love. Why? Because His grace determined so. His ways of perceiving are so opposite of what we experience here on the earth through the pull of human thought yet not circumcized by His fire….

During our appointment the majority of the months has been Him revealing His identity to me. Every day that a “breakthrough” took place, it was not a demeaning, rebuking, shouting match; instead His presence and glory would fill the room, making room for the lesson of the day. This was not a chalk board and student time, but an experiential moment in time.

His news. His instructions. His way of converstaion is to pour out on us His desire for us.

He speaks of Lampstands, yet before the Lampstand He will mend and equip the vessel in which the oil will reside.

If need be He will take you back to your beginnings, and within the spherical time zones of heaven He will redo, adjust what took place which caused a stumble. In so doing, He is  adhering to our feet the ability to walk straight on the path of life. Yes, He will take us back to the beginnings in time to advance us forward like a warrior horse rider trying to hang on by thin ropes at the starting gate. Just let go, it is safer. 😅

His appointment is filled with so much kindness, that the innocence of the child within us will realize the true Father of our Faith is God the Father. He who sits on the throne of the heavens and yearns to dwell within our hearts; is the one who releases within us the ability to shine with the empowering strength of His Spirit. Endowed with His Spirit of Himself, Wisdom, and Understanding, Council and Might, Knowledge and the Fear of the Lord.

Arise Shine for Your Light Has come!!!

Much Grace and Love to you as you continue to shine.

Personal Confession

Within the last many months, there were so many moments where I simply found myself to be miserable. Going through a deep longing for ….. well, the list would be long.   The ONLY (and I mean ONLY) times of solice were when Jesus would come really close. Yes. The only time the darkness wasnt clouding my vision and surroundings is when He began to speak.

Listen, His heart radiates with such love, causing the room i would be in to fill with heaven. When He was close, my heart would expand with such love, wholeness, hope, life, revelation, eternity that my mind thought, “This will never end. Please God, do not leave! Lord, do not let Your conversation end!” He longs to blanket His children with such love. And He does.

This solice found was sign enough, of this misery being discontentment. Better said, missing His nearness and voice.  Yes, I had to fight for these moments of relief. No, no,   Jesus was not withholding. The fight or the persistance forward was because of the accusations I would hear, my own limitations, or simply because of the surroundings.

Friends, Im sure most of you are experiencing the freedom too. BUT for those who are not, I would encourage you to find daily time to be with Him. His love is messing my world up. His deliverance has captivated my reality. His empowerment is blowing my self formed capacity for “expectations” out of the ballpark. His dreams and hope are truly ready to be revealed. He really is solidifying His and our identity within our hearts, for our good.

Many have been talking about promotions, moving forward, possessing land, and so many more coined phrases describing the “new day.”

What if a major part of this “new day” is Christ revealing more of His heart to us? What if this really means we are invited to become more of who He intended for us to be? What if the natural possessing of the new runs parallel with the being taken in to new places within Gods heart?

My misery is often caused by a lack of faith, disappointment, OR because Jesus feels so far away. Yes, there are more reasons, but 3 is enough to list…

Within a second of time all my misery dissolves as He comes near. He wasnt joking when He said, ” Draw near to Me and I will draw near to you.”

Well, yes…for those who are afraid? Why? He is love. He is the one who adores you. He will not reject you.

For those who feel anger…thats ok, He can handle that. After all He created that emotion. He knows how to help you through its path.

His love is so real. His transforming relationship is on fire. He is really close. Christ in us is our Hope, Life, and Love. His fire is revealing the gold within.

Alter Call😍🤗:

If you have felt really busy lately, and you have sensed a pull within your heart to draw near to the Lord, I would like to recommend that you follow that quiet presence of Jesus who is whispering Your name. For on the other side of that decision is going to be an overwhelming experience of love, grace, wholeness, and empowerment.

He is the answer.
He is love.
He is God.

Much love to you all,

Psalms 23 in my own words

Jehovah The Existing One, You who rule over and tend to me.

Your love strengthens me.

You are the teacher and pastor of my world.

Your rulership and guidance causes me to never be in lack.

Thank You for never causing me to fall.

Yes, I cause myself to fall, but You have never done that to me. Never.

Teacher, you strengthen me to run,

sustaining me alongside peaceful waters.

You have brought me ‘again’ into a moment of repentance:

in time to intentionally break down, dig, circumcise, and renew me;

birthing a powerful and loving transformation of my soul.

You are my sustainer, governor, and guide.

You have created for me an opportunity in all spheres of life to do what is right and just.

You have proven to me over and over again; when I  yield to You as Shepherd of my life,

that Your desire to shine through me, revealing Your identity breaks through.

I find courage to trust through Your eyes, Jehovah.

For Your nearness helps me realize that death’s demise is just that – a passing evil shade.

For You are the True Existing One, Champion and Light of my heart.

Fear of evil’s domain has no hold on me;

as long as I look into Your eyes.

I love that my life is hidden inside of Your Heart.

As Your nearness, strategies, and grace teaches me while in this valley,

I learn how to rescue others who are caught in deception’s thickets.

Your seal of authority and support of every kind immensely comforts me.

Ruler and King of my heart, You have set Your sacred table before me.

I accept Your invitation to dine at Your Kingly table.

Right there in the fields of the seen and unseen enemies of Your cross, of my heart, and identity, You bless me so deeply.

You have allowed me to go through a shaking; and in so doing,

You have removed all the ashes of what has burned.

You have smeared my head with oil, making me fat with strength and releasing to me authority;

enabling the building of Your and my dream.

What You hold together (as sustainer and glue) in me ,

I know You will cause to overflow with wealth.

My heart leaps thinking about how Your goodness and mercy will chase me all the days of my life.

And to realize that at the appointed time, You will bring me back into Your heavenly home (the place where my origins began).

For there is where I will dwell and govern with You forever.

The deepest of contentment moves within me.

Gratitude overflows to You, my Shepherd and King.

It’s really an honor to recognize the nations which come to read these writings. Thank YOU for taking the time to read and glean. I love you and your nation. You are such a blessing.

Please feel free to leave a comment or to share with your family and community.

We love you and send blessings your way,

My Story of Jesus Rocking My World

Remembering:

It was July. I was six. Vacation Bible School at the local Baptist Church would be the main activity for the week. From this VBS on my parents would always find God-centered activities for us to participate in. Whether that was Sunday School, “scare-me-to-death-dive-under-the-seat” kind of Apocalyptic movie showings at Church, Wednesday nights, revival meetings, music lessons, junior high gatherings, sports, domestic and international trips with the family, etc etc etc.  It was their lifestyle, and now ours, to always be focused on God, His people, growing in Him, and His nations…. and of course, good food.

See, English was our second language which meant that these 5 days would be deemed as “many involuntary shyness moments” for me, towards all VBS peers and kind-hearted teachers.

For at least 1 and 1/2 years my three brothers, my Mother, the nicest local Bible College student–turn Tutor, and I would sit around our dining room table reading, writing, and speaking English. These lessons mixed with the “special” reading classes in kindergarten thru sixth grade were working. (Yes, i was placed in a special education class, due to the need to learn a new language. And by 6th grade, speed reading class was the completion of these special education sessions.)

But for now, back to VBS. This day will not be forgotten. It was lesson time. All classrooms were filled with students from all over town and surrounding regions. Wooden chairs filled the class room in the basement level of the Main Building. Our classroom was at the bottom of the stairs, to the right of the All-Purpose room. Windows were grass level, giving a glimpse of the path which led to the sports fields.

Story time started. The woman whose voice was tender yet strong began to share with us the story of Salvation. Her voice drifted off and the scene in front of me was no longer the classroom.

He was so real. Jesus came to visit me. His choice of visit, was a little bit different. He didnt come and sit on a chair with me, but instead, He came on the cross. Love was eminating from Him and around Him. Joy was coursing through Him and from Him. His eyes were full of life and spoke volumes. He communicated with me Spirit to spirit. His expression of love was gentle. His conversaton, from His heart to me was clear, He gave His life so that I might live in relationship with Him. He spoke to me of His love for me. His sacrifice decreed that my sins were forgiven and He was celebrating–excited to reveal His Love towards me. He was wholeness. He was beautiful. He was real.

Watching Him on the cross was hard. The reality went to the core of my being. The price He endured was painful. Tears flowed. He loved me, and for that I was deeply moved. I loved Him. My life couldn’t be my own.

I was returning into the room, and realized the teacher was in my periphrial (to my left) kneeling down asking me if I was OK. Silence was still pretty strong within me. His presence was still the main atmosphere around me. She wasnt seeing what I was.

She,  pointing her finger in the direction of recess field outside, asked me if I wanted to go play. The classroom slowly came back into focus. “No,” I said. In broken english, I replied, “Jesus loves me. I want to pray.” She was trying to understand my accent. I explained again. She slowly prayed the salvation prayer with me, as I basqued in this new understanding of His necessary sacrifice and His deep true love.

“Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends.

“You are My friends if you do what I command you.

“No longer do I call you slaves, for the slave does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I have heard from My Father I have made known to you.

“You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you.

“This I command you, that you love one another.””

New American Standard Bible: 1995 update. (1995). (Jn 15:13–17). La Habra, CA: The Lockman Foundation.

Jesus loves the little children, all the children of the world.

Much love,

No Brass nor Glass

*{Two versions of this article have been downloaded below. Listed first is the revised-shorter, followed by initial longer option. When your 18 year old son likes your work it just seems right to add it. Right? 😚❤👑 So, we’ve added the full article for those who have a few more minutes to read. First, the shorter. }

For a writer, this may be strange to add here. It seems that reading some of these writings through speaking them will bring further clarity to the writings. I’m not sure why yet, but have two thoughts which keep coming to me.

1. There is an impartation/stregnthening which will come to you as you read this out loud.

2. The scripture came to mind, “Let the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be acceptable in Your SIGHT, O Lord, my Rock and Redeemer.”

In fact Psalms 19 would be great to read before going into this writing….

Beautiful friends, enjoy!!!

Seamless Divide

He has not placed a brass or glass ceiling between Himself and us. No, He has not. That is not in His creation’s design. Instead, He ripped the honorable and defining veil between heaven and earth’s realities, making available to us every good and perfect thing. This accomplished, even as He the sustainer of life was ripped open on the cross; hanging between heaven and earth. He the Door, torn open for all to enter into the heavens of God. Heaven and earth now in a holy exchange.

Heaven and Earth: The reflection and the reflected.

Heaven and its furnishings, atmospheres, quality and levels of light and life, beings, land, fruit, saints, and above all its God-head is a realm immeasurable in splendor. It is our future home, and present day source of life.

Earth and its furnishings, atmospheres, quality and levels of light and life, beings, land, fruit, saints, and above all its God-head is a realm immeasurable and yet to be seen in all of its splendor. It is our present day home which came with the invitation for us to have dominion, bringing her back to the fullness of all she was intended to be.

Both – so different, so much the same. The lower intended to mirror the higher.

The breakthrough work of prayer, into the earth

What started this writing today?

You can imagine the most beautiful blue; dark in tone and brilliant blue in richness, right? This, to me today, is the colors of His attendance surrounding and within the earth and each of our homes. He is so near! Heaven’s goodness is available to all those who call on the name of the Lord. Heaven’s goodness is being poured down and will be received by those who say, “yes,” to such an extravagant gift from Father God.

This “blue” was He in attendance. If I can say it that way for a moment. I could see our prayers being heard and penetrating “the Substance of the Spirit” of our Provider. Jehovah Jireh? Yes, I think so. Each prayer was rising and landing in a “region” within Him, which carried the response and provision for that specified prayer. In turn the response and provision was released to earth from that portion of Himself.

Yes, when we pray there is not a glass nor brass ceiling. He is right there. Lift up your eyes recognizing the nearness of His presence- His reality. All that is Him is with us – right here.

“He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.” Colossians 1:17

We know that all the answers and provision needed to bring fullness to what we have been given is within Christ. It is our place of dominion to seek, ask, and knock; receiving our portion of heaven. For heaven’s ingredient is waiting to take its place on earth.

“For in Him all the fullness of Deity dwells in bodily form; and in Him you have been made complete, and He is the head over all rule and authority;” Col. 3: 9-10

The supply necessary for the building of heaven on earth, and God in us, is available from within our God. For it is He who has revealed the secret which declares, “…in HIM we have been made complete.”

When we pray our prayers go into Him; touching His heart, right where the answer awaits to be sent. He adores and is excited to be asked and to release heaven to earth for us. There is no brass or glass from God towards humankind.

Simple faith releases the building materials just in time to fulfill earth’s assignments. There truly is no glass nor brass between heaven and earth, but a living God inviting us into the richness of heaven’s realms and His realities.

“Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure—pressed down, shaken together, and running over. For by your standard of measure it will be measured to you in return.” Luke 6:38

“But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. “So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” Matthew 6:33-34

Cheers to you as you look to ‘see’ Him; asking in faith, knowing that His intentional reaction and response is filled with joyful anticipation. Jesus, Thank You!!!

Seamless Divide

This accomplished even as He the sustainer of life was ripped open on the cross; hanging between heaven and earth. He the Door, torn open for all to enter into the heavens of God. It is our present day home which came with the invitation for us to have dominion, bringing her back to the fullness of all she was intended to be.

Both – so different so much the same. The lower intended to mirror the higher.

A Temporary Protective Vice, penetrable through the motive of the heart

The veil was once there as our protection. For entrance into the holiest place without the blood cleansing power would have been to our demise. What would humankind have created if the powers of heaven were accessible; apart from the family forum and Christ’s blood upon the mercy seat of heaven?

The answer to that is clear and found through the Old Testament scriptures. We would have created either through adoration and faithfulness to God (ie. Abel and his sacrifice) or intentionally or unbeknownst to us, “hell on earth.” We would have by faith and fun built with what was given to us as worship, or destroyed the loving intentions of God’s blueprints and DNA manifested within our own bodies, and that of the earth and it’s creatures. We would have created to honor God or into our dissolution, and often we did.

The perfect example of this is Genesis 6, where the sons of God came down to the daughters of man. The powers of heaven living within the sons of God, illegally in relation with the daughters of earth, created beings un-welcomed, unintended, and an abomination to God and His image in us, and to the well-being of humanity. Yes, the humanity known as God’s family – His people – the love of His life – His likeness. Heaven’s ingredients mixing with earth illegally, unholy, in an abominable way brought destruction to the earth. What was created outside of the blood of Jesus and His sustaining force was dark and void – illegal.

God loved the earth, and had no intention to destroy the earth; however, in no way would He allow humankind to continue down this road to further depravity – creating a world unrecognizable upon the architects table.

God is in the midst of us, His righteous ones will not be moved.

It is by Him and through Him that all things consist and are sustained.

He is all around us. We are in HIm.

Through the flood He grieved, destroying all that He loved along with all that was evil. Humankind, with dominion powers in hand created that which was illegal and destructive to the His family. He began again with a righteous seed known as Noah, his wife and sons.

Another example of creativity gone astray is found in Genesis 11. This history narrative speaks of the powerful gift God released into the earth. He gave all of humankind the same language. Language, an extra-ordinary unifying force. Such a gift has potential of creating endeavors with the option to either give God or ourselves a name. The people of the region chose to create a tower and city to bring to themselves a memorial, fame, glory, and a name defined. Again, heaven’s ingredients used apart from the grace and blood of Christ brought demise to a people unified through a God-given gift. A matter of the heart.

The intended place for the workings and creativity of God is within the realms of His presence. Individuals and groups of people alike experience the magnitude of His attendance. Working and creating within His reality breeds unimaginable and immeasurable delights of heaven’s skill producing beauty into the earth- awesome discoveries and inventions.

He spoke clearly to the Father of His family and said,

“I will bless you and make you great. He said to His people, “ The Lord your God will bless you in all your produce and in all the work of your hands, so that you will be altogether joyful.” Deuteronomy 16:15

God said to Abraham, “Go forth from your country, and from your relatives and from your father’s house, to the land which I will show you; and I will make you a great nation, and I will bless you, and make your name great; and so you shall be a blessing; and I will bless those who bless you, and the one who curses you I will curse. An in you all the families of the earth will be blessed.” Genesis 12:1-3

Deuteronomy 15:10’s instruction is clear, offerings are one of those actions which releases the blessings of heaven to us. Enabling us to work with heaven on earth with success.

“You shall surely give to him, and your heart should not be grieved when you give to him, because for this thing the Lord your God will bless you in all your works and in all to which you put your hand.”

It is by working WITH God that the work of those in the days prior to the blood of Christ spilled, was blessed. Such a beautiful place of worship. Again, it was an issue of the heart.

Anyway, back to the beautiful blue of He who is in me and you.

The breakthrough work of prayer, into the earth

This blue was He in attendance. If I can say it that way for a moment. I could see our prayers going into this substance Spirit of our Provider. Each prayer was rising and landing in a “region” within Him, which carried the response and provision for that specified prayer. In turn the response and provision was released to earth from that portion of Himself.

Yes, when we pray there is not a glass nor brass ceiling. He is right there. Lift up your eyes and recognize the nearness of His presence. His reality. All that is Him is right there.

“He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.” Colossians 1:17

All the answers that are needed to bring fullness to what we have been given, earth bound, is within Christ. It is our place of dominion to seek, ask, and knock; receiving the ingredient of heaven. For heaven’s ingredient is waiting for it’s release to take its place on earth.

For God has said through Paul, again in Colossians,

“For in Him all the fullness of Deity dwells in bodily form; and in Him you have been made complete, and He is the head over all rule and authority;” Col. 3:9-10

The supply necessary for the building of heaven on earth, in every circumstance is available from within our God. For it is He who has revealed the secret which declares, “…in HIM we have been made complete.”

When we pray our prayers go into Him. Touching Him within the realms of the answer that we are in need of. He adores and is excited to be asked and to release heaven to earth for us.

There is no brass or glass between heaven and earth, simple faith releases the building materials just in time to fulfill earth’s assignments on earth, equally to be made manifest within the heaven’s.

Expression’s of the name of God among God and man, the creatures of the sea and land, among the skies and in the heavens and storehouses of wind, water, snow, and hail; we have been given the creative rights to build releasing Glory to The Name of the Lord in full honors to the One Who Is.

Attributes of Royalty

Esther

When Queen Esther became the deliverer of her people, she was not living in the nation of her bloodline; in fact, she wasn’t even born In Judea nor the Northern Kingdom. As you might recall, Queen Esther’s parents were taken captive into Babylon (Iraq), and in captivity died.  Orphaned, she was blessed to be raised by cousin Mordecai. It was in a foreign land,  where Israel’s deliverer was born and raised. God would use her to display His awesome power. He would use her to astonish the nations of the world.

The deliverance of a nation will come through the empowerment of God upon the one prepared for such an assignment.  It’s not a job for a coward, nor one who is persistent in coveting the roll. Think about it for a moment,  all energy is needed for the delivering of multitudes or even one tribe. Death is a possibility, and resistance is great.  To cultivate fine-tuned focus is necessary for the deliverer’s success . The deliverer needs those who will run with them,  not those who will often pull at the thread sewn; attempting to unravel the thread (the work, stamina and strength) already in place.

God’s systems of choosing the chosen is polar opposites to the variables of the political and territorial spirits. God knows the DNA within a human being. He knows what one has walked through, reinforcing their ability to now complete the task. It is about what a land is in need of. When we say the answer to our need is found within the land verses the one who is called of God,  we have already restrained and short-circuited ourselves, and possibly removed from our midst the “one hand-picked of God.”

Remember Moses? He was raised by foreigners and for 40 years he was away from his people. Through a powerful encounter and commissioning with God; while outside  of the  family, he was brought back in to escort His own people outside of bondage.

Paul the greatest apostle and author of most of the New Covenant books was an outsider to the believers. He wasn’t even part of the twelve chosen, but he was hand-picked of God to assist the disciples in furthering His Gospel.    He was given wisdom which the disciples and the new believers needed,  causing him to become one of the strongest voices in the kingdom and its government.

The territorial spirit focuses on ownership and acknowledgement, while the political spirit narrows in on positioning and confinement. This, an exact opposite spirit of the character God requires.  The Lord often times while on the earth preferred humanity over His own rights and comforts. In fact,  everything He did was within the character of love and preferring someone else over Himself. This is incredible. All He does, even today, is all about someone else and nothing for Himself. There is this thread of character so powerful within him of servanthood.  He was given such an incredible realm of humility, and He chose to cultivate this around Him. He exercised this attribute in all He did, and He still does. Funny thing is that while cultivating humility, His assignment was accomplished within THIRTY SIX months!!! Through preferring someone else over Himself, He saved the world in 36 months time. Let’s think about that for a moment. There is no shadow of a poverty spirit within Him. The richness of the fullness of time was His, because He “tapped into” the economy of heaven, and not that of politics or territories.

I was talking to my son yesterday about the awesomeness of God. We were saying that in His omnipotence and omniscience His humility was always present. In one breath God could fix every issue on the Earth. In one breath God could adjust everything for a successful end.  As Creator of this Earth He has the right. He has the ability and the know-how. But because He gave dominion to humanity, He steps back and assists when invited into the equation. He is fully aware of specified  assignments given to individuals, and loves for us to figure out the “how’s” of succeeding.

Territorialism and the political spirit not only causes deficiencies amongst those who need the outside voices, but also wounds the soul of those who are formed to assist in the deliverance-in the empowering  of a people . It causes the one chosen to often times enter into silence  and  restrains the excitement for what could be. Maybe that is why mentors often teach their students to stay away from those who are negative?

People we need to start to learn how to walk as a true team, a true family. Honor the one who God has chosen. Celebrate the accomplishments of another.

Pride,  fear, jealousy, and selfish ambition? Often times hidden. Yes, often it is hard to see. It’s a dangerous thing. Self-positioning works for a short time, but at the end; because God loves us so much, He will humble us for the sake of our future’s best.

One of the most beautiful orchestrations of God is that He enabled us to observe the strengths in others. This is a gift all of us have. This can be activated in us when we ask God to release to us His lenses. When we begin to see people the way He does, there will be an instant gratification and passion which rises up to see that person fulfill their destiny. A team player is one who does not need to give themselves accolades, but strives to cultivate a place where people can practice and  perfect their talents.

My son was asking me about God and Adam yesterday. Remember when God was moving through the garden calling out to Adam saying, “Adam where are you?”? Is this because God didn’t know? Is this because God was weak? No. He is all-knowing God. Instead, His question was a teaching form to bring to Adam’s now transformed mind into awareness of his state of being. God was displaying His nurturing side in this moment. He was making room for Adam to recognize and come into repentance. God serves.

Mordecai realized his orphaned cousin was to be given the highest position available for a woman within the Persian Empire. He was not jealous, but rallied the people around her; accompanying her in fasting and praying for the rescue. He spent so much time in assisting her into her success. He taught her what is was like to live selflessly, and to step forward in courage. I doubt she ever was demoralized by Mordecai. Her courage was God infused, and cousin formed. He saw her capabilities, and what God had designed. He was her greatest cheerleader, and his humility and passion was exactly what she needed to become the deliverer of a nation. Born in a foreign land and married to a foreign king, Queen Esther saved her people from death.

The Feast of Purim is soon coming up. This may be a perfect week to look around and recognize who the Esther’s are around us. Maybe it would be good to do something to bless and strengthen them; just in time for the days of celebrating a deliverance so supernaturally accomplished, through the work of a woman and her cousin.

As always, what a joy it is to share some personal thoughts with you.

Blessing you today.

The Year of the Lens – ‘Hear & Heed’ (Part 4)

“Read, Hear, and Heed”
Revelations 1:3

The invitation to engage the life and identity of Jesus and the movements of His Spirit has already been given to everyone; and granted to anyone who believes. The key into the place of tangible encounter is an active response to what is read in scripture – –

“HEAR & HEED!”

Cambridge Dictionary:
– HEAR: To receive or become conscious of a sound using your ears. To be told information about something.
– HEED: To listen to and follow advice.

Take time to read, hear what He is revealing, heed the truth, and follow the trail to His heart. Can you “sense” Him? Welcome to the Door of encounter.

ps. Many times people ask, “How can I begin to experience the presence of the Lord?” I do not believe in manmade formula’s, but often will look to see what Jesus’ guidance was to those who searched Him out.

He told Matthew, and eleven others, to “Follow Me.” Today we can do the same. You can discern His presence while peering into the scriptures, yes? Where you sense Him, right there — let the eyes of your heart turn towards Him. He recognizes that you have turned aside to encounter Him. Let His presence bath over you…. You and He can take it from here.

The angel instructed John to direct us into the blessing of life through the actions of ” READ, HEAR, AND HEED”. God told us that this book of Revelation is the identity of His Son. Each morsel of Truth found within this book leads us into the dimensions of who He is. He is alive and ready to engage whomever believes.

Moses turned aside and encountered Him in the burning bush.

A Kingdom Grandfather taught me years ago…And it is true…As children we see Jesus with our eyes — externally. When we believe, Jesus enters into our heart. Once He is King of our heart, we must learn to see Jesus with the eyes of our heart. It is a challenge we can all achieve.

“When I am raised to life again, you will know that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.” John 14:20

He is worthy of our time,

The Year of the Lens -Eyes of the heart (Part 3)

Imagine someone who carries the greatest anointing of power and authority of his day saying, “As for me, I baptize you with water for repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier that I, and I am NOT FIT to remove His sandals; He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.” Matthew 3:11

I cringe in moments of repentance. The fear of the Lord is great in such moments. The intensity is real. But ONE comes after repentance to carry out something even more devastating. He comes to thoroughly clear the “heart lands”. He gathers the wheat of our field to Himself, and burns up all that hinders the wealth of our being. vs.12 His shoes John dared not touch.

“Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us FIXING OUR EYES ON JESUS, the author and finisher of our faith.” Hebrews 12:1-2

“For whom the Lord loves, He disciplines.” vs. 6

The Awe of falling into the arms of a loving God!

“Therefore, since we receive a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us show gratitude, by which we may offer to God an acceptable service with reverence and awe; for our God is a consuming fire.” vs. 28-29

—-

His fire is not only a rescue. It is the empowerment unto the ascending stairs; leading to the intimate invitational door of governing with Him.

“Put me like a seal over your heart, like a seal on your arm. For love is as strong as death, jealousy is as severe as Sheol; Its flashes are flashes of fire, the very flame of the Lord” Song of Solomon 8:6,7

“You have made them to be a kingdom and priest to our God; and they will reign upon the earth.” Revelation 5: 10

“If we endure, we will also reign with Him; if we deny Him, He also will deny us.” 2 Timothy 2:12

—-
To govern, one must see as He sees.

[Clarified: to free (the mind, intelligence, etc) from confusion; revive. To make (an idea, statement, etc) clear or intelligible; to free from ambiguity (doubtfulness, uncertainty of meaning or intentions). As a verb: to become clear, pure, or intelligible.]

John the Apostle grew into his apostolic and prophetic nature by being one who testified to the word of God and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, even to all he SAW. Revelation 1:2

There is a new breed of Kingdom governors being prepared and unleashed into local and international spheres.

Encountered and empowered we are becoming fully dependent on Him who stands before us — He the I Am.

We will be enabled to testify of our confirmation process of face to face encounters with He who is Truth. The confession of our faith will be of how He arrested us through His fire, His sword, His determined and constituted Will spoken — His compassionate love crowned; and therefore, by His grace have yielded to His path equipped with eyes restored.

“Who is this coming up from the wilderness learning on her beloved.” Song of Solomon 8: 5

Simplicity found through His reality. The pure word – the cleansing water of deliverance and recalibration.

We are enabled to see through His Light.

Dive into the written word, and keep on diving until you see Him eye to eye.

The Year of the Lens – Identity (Part 2)

“IDENTITY” will often be referred to, this year.

The CLEAR VIEW of one’s identity will be experienced while revisiting the lens of Christ’s identity.

I often wonder how Jesus was able to accomplish the working out of His identity on the earth within 33 years. He not only accomplished the work of His obedience by the age of 33, he also sealed the success of His commissioning within 3 of those 33 years. Maybe this is key??!

John said about God’s communication with His Son,
“The REVELATION of Jesus Christ which God gave Him …. “ Revelation 1:1a This is an action sentence; one describing a moment between Father and Son, where Father was defining/sculpting/affirming His Son.

The impact is evident through Christ’s conversation with His disciples. Jesus knew, He believed, and loved who He was and from whom He came. Listen to His confident humility “Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and have come from God, for I have not even come on My own initiative, but He sent Me.” John 8:42

Within doubt’s dark gravity pull (found like waves on earth’s wilderness floor), the voice of the words of God scripted within the DNA of Jesus, echoed within Christ’s conscience. To allow our thoughts to remember the voice of God is life and anchor.

While satan was tempting Jesus, attempting to arouse Him to embrace a false identity, Jesus said, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word which proceeds out of the mouth of God.” Matthew 4:4. When doubt floods the atmosphere, stand and eat the Word. There is Hope and Help within the ingredients of the Word made flesh. Eat His Flesh.

Let’s lean into the Rock from which we were hewn. Let’s ask for the shield of His faith, and believe that we were created in His image. When we shine folks will do a ‘double take’ certain that Jesus just walked by.

Engage God’s sculpted script; filled with the beauty of your expression meant to impact the space of heaven’s time and earth’s clock.

“But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; ..” 1 Peter 2:9

The Year of the Lens (Part 1)

Working towards 20/20 vision (Look for it in 2019. We will celebrate together in the year 2020.)

What we are invited to view is requiring a specified lens. This viewing lens equips the viewer with accuracy and entrance beyond the veil. There are different lenses for different views, yes? Times of day, distance, light, etc. each requiring the best created lens for maximum capture. So, what is this lens so necessary for perceiving within this new season???

This lens is the identity of Christ; and carries the capacity to view multi-living dimensions. These dimensions of identity, released through the perfected obedience of Christ, having been designed by His Father and beautifully acknowledged and described by Him.

This invitation extended to us, to witness His resurrected Son and to become like Him, is so intimate. Behold the Resurrected Christ.

ps. Once we say, “Yes,” the ability for precise creative tuning/the focusing will be accomplished through our yielding to Holy Spirit.

“I advise you to buy from Me gold refined by fire so that you may become rich, and white garments so that you may cloth yourself, and that the shame of your nakedness will not be revealed; and EYE SALVE to ANOINT YOUR EYES so that YOU MAY SEE!” Revelations 3:18

“Taste and see that the Lord is good; How blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him!” Psalms 34:8

“The REVELATION of Jesus Christ which God gave HIM!” Revelations 1:1a

“Ho! Every one who thirsts come to the waters; and you who have no money come buy and eat….Incline your ear and come to Me, Listen, so that you may live….” Isaiah 55: 1,3

“This is the message we have heard from Him and announce to you, that GOD IS LIGHT, and in Him there is no darkness at all.” 1 John 1:5

Seek the Salve given, to gain His Sight.
