Lilo Keller of Switzerland has received a word from the Lord, which we feel will encourage everyone as we continue our journey through these twenty one days of watching over the land of Israel and her people. Below is a letter which she wrote to Rania and myself. We would like to share this with you. As you read we ask that you would pray for the believers in the land of Israel and the Middle East. We decree that through the floodwaters they will not grow weary.
As you continue to break bread with the Lord, watching over the land of Israel, and declaring blessings of truth over her people we want to bless you in these last few days of this three week journey together. Remember that the blood of Jesus Christ is more powerful than any dragon.

Vision from 2006
As I was searching and pondering about our time, the Lord brought back to me a vision I had in 2006 // 10 years ago.
A round floodgate was opened in heaven. The water broke out of this gate like a birth.
On the Earth the water was flowing in two directons (My Impression was to East and West). There were people who could easily live under these flood waters. They were manifesting joy in all their circumstances, and were using the situation to build relationships. It was very easy for them to have contact and interact with unknown and foreign people, from all over the world. A flow of encouragement and comfort was found among these newly formed relationships.
On the other hand, there was another group of people, and this group of people were in big trouble. They became wild, confused, angry, lost their mind, and some even were dying in the flood.
Others had prepared before the flood. They had been given unseen swim rings, which had come to them because of their love and character. Their experience was that the water currents moved them through the waters to new places, and transformed them.
After the flood the landscape looked like a moor or fen field. A moor or fen field is marshland, swampy land, soil, and moss hag. This is a good soil that is known to be, “a “transition”, or middle-ground between a water habitat and a land habitat. This soil is good for Rhododendrons to grow in, which is a flower plant known as the, “best flowering evergreen plants for the temperate landscape.” Willows and Sycamors are also trees which love to flourish in such water-logged soils.
“Again he measured a thousand; and it was a river that I could not ford, for the water had risen, enough water to swim in, a river that could not be forded…But its swamps and marshes will not become fresh; they will be left for salt. “By the river on its bank, on one side and on the other, will grow all kinds of trees for food. Their leaves will not wither and their fruit will not fail. They will bear every month because their water flows from the sanctuary, and their fruit will be for food and their leaves for healing.” Ezekiel 47:11-12
The ground was prepared for new seeds and was very fruitful.
The “underwater people” became the leaders of the day, and lead others through the events. These new “tried and tested” leaders used their friendships and contacts to rebuild “the Kingdom on the Earth!”
For me, we are now in this time of the “open water gates of heaven.” These waters are releasing all the blessings, glory, justice, righteousness, shaking, and divine possibilities. One of the purposes of these ingredients and events is for the purpose of building relationships across the nations, to expand the hearts, and to enjoy the power of living under water. This means to live in the Spirit or in the substance of heaven.
Secondly:
Yesterday something very prophetic happened during the time in which i was reading your letter. It was around 4:30 in the afternoon as an old airplane crossed the valley were our house is located. This airplanes engine was the first safe, fast and comfortable plane built after the Second World War to cross over the Atlantic!
Her Name is “Constellation C 121 C.” She has 4 propellers. ( Psalm 121)
1 I will lift up my eyes to the mountains;
From where shall my help come?
2 My help comes from the Lord,
Who made heaven and earth.
3 He will not allow your foot to slip;
He who keeps you will not slumber.
4 Behold, He who keeps Israel
Will neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The Lord is your keeper;
The Lord is your shade on your right hand.
6 The sun will not smite you by day,
Nor the moon by night.
7 The Lord will protect you from all evil;
He will keep your soul.
8 The Lord will guard your going out and your coming in
From this time forth and forever.
Even if the plane is old, when the pilot flies this jet people enjoy it, because they have respect and affection towards her! She (this jet) flew at least 8 rotations (circles) this afternoon!
I found out, that the flight show took place near by ….. Two other aviation squadron crossed the valley also: One with the type of 4 ” Gripen” fighters. They are the most modern aircraft we have in our army. They defend the Nation, it’s people, and it’s security. The other formation had 5 propeller aircrafts. With the name ” Hunter”!
I will make this short, but I think it shows the Fathers heart to build a modern Prayer Army across the nations and this spiritual kingdom army will be made visible to the seen and unseen world:
The way that we honor the older Generation with affection will be important. The way we will do this–the way we will expand our territory is to bring even the best and most progressive fighters to hidden valleys, to show the power of unity and power! And finally to honor and learn from the older fighters is to stay and fight together, this a manifestation of the Grace of God!
Regarding the timing. This Flight past through our valley at 4:30.
“And now, Lord, observe their threats and grant to Your bond servants [full freedom] to declare Your message fearlessly, while You stretch out Your hand to cure and to perform signs and wonders through the authority and by the power of the name of Your holy Child and Servant Jesus. And when they had prayed, the place in which they were assembled was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they continued to speak the Word of God with freedom and boldness and courage.” Act. 4:29-31

I’m re-reading this letter and prophetic word from Lilo Keller.
The first time I read it was when you first sent it out – around August 10th, 2016. Three days after you mailed this letter out, our area and my home (Baton Rouge, Louisiana) experienced what they are not calling a 500-year flood event. The expanse of the damage and the lives affected is vastly greater than that of Hurricane Katrina although one might not realize that due to the lack of media coverage.
I don’t believe it is a coincidence that you chose to send this out just 3 days prior to the flood event.
August 13th was the day the flooding begin to impact this area and it was also in the time of the “dire straits”. (Noteworthy during this event was the Evangelical Lutheran Church coming out and calling for the US to end Israel’s occupation of palestine – See BreakingIsraelNews.com/August 15)
I believe all of this is pertinent to Lilo’s word and your timely publishing of her words.
Here is some information for your consideration…
Louisiana, as the Lord has spoken to me over the years concerning her destiny is important not only to the United States but also to her connection to the Nations and specifically the Middle East. I will try to give you a brief overview here starting with a few geographical observations. Louisiana lies in the shape of a boot. She has both feminine and masculine qualities as part of her DNA. Many have spoken that she is a Bride in Army boots. When Louisiana was purchased by Thomas Jefferson, the land spanned the entirely of the U.S. reaching up into Canada which I believe speaks to why her destiny reaches the length and breadth of the Nation. The Mississippi River begins at the top of the U.S. on the border of Canada and ends at the mouth of the Mississippi River below New Orleans.
Baton Rouge is the last deep water port on the Mississippi River allowing ocean going vessels to stop here. Since it is a deep water port, the larger vessels can not pass north beyond Baton Rouge without first downsizing their craft in order to navigate the River from this point. Many many waters, rivers and canals from around the Nation, ultimately drain into the Mississippi River and lastly into the Gulf of Mexico. The juncture point of Baton Rouge is what I would like to highlight and speak to for a moment. (I was given a map of the Nation but am unable to show it here) so words will have to suffice.
Baton Rouge sits at the base of the Womb of the Nation and the top of the birth canal if you will. This juncture point is where the child’s head would begin to “show” in the birthing process (speaking in spiritual terms), thus making Baton Rouge a critical point of transition and exit. The birthing DNA of our region expresses the magnitude of the feminine aspect of our land, while the “boot” shape of the state expresses the masculine aspects of her purposes. Another noteworthy point is that the River continues to move and settle Eastward as the silt and river dumps in the Gulf of Mexico giving her (the land) a very intentional direction and motion towards the East and the land of her Birthers Origin (Beloved Israel). She is marching East towards Jerusalem.
During and after the flooding, the people begin to “work together” as they experienced the snub of the U.S. Government and National media coverage. I don’t say this with anger, it was simply the truth of the unfolding event. Our own pastor published an article regarding the re-naming of Louisiana as a city “sought out and not forsaken…” according to Isaiah 62 and the opposite of what she was experiencing by being snubbed by those in our National leadership. What did happen during all of this was a grand display of hospitality and kindness which is a very rich part of this land of Louisiana. Those from outside our boundaries who truly cared about what was happening did come and bring great aid. The people begin to help one another and the Cajun Navy, as they are called, sprung into action. Louisiana is very diverse in the people who live here…many colors and nationalities are represented here and the flood touched them all. And in the midst of this, all of them worked together to help, rescue, feed, deconstruct and rebuild again. Many found the Lord in a time of great trouble. Others perhaps did not. It is as the scriptures say, “Therefore let everyone who is godly pray to you in a time when you may be found; surely in a flood of great waters they shall not reach Him” Psalm 32:6
It is our prayer that the free offer of Mercy according to Isaiah 55 be found in these waters and in this land as we continue to march East towards Jerusalem…our Chief Joy (Psalm 137:6).
