Who will ride with the WATCHMAN EAGLES, and WATCH over the DREAMS OF GOD?

“For thus the Lord says to me, “Go, station the lookout, let him report what he sees.”      Isaiah 21: 6

The goal of this writing is to tell you a story which will then give instructions for today’s WATCH as we LINK ARMS over the land and people of Israel, both Jew and Arab.

Two and one half years ago one of the prophets and watchman over the body of Christ worldwide and the United States was laid to rest. His previous military service made room for the honor guards to drape his casket with the United States of America flag. After the volley shots were fired in salute, the honor guards began to fold the flag in full honor, presenting this gift to his spouse. Pondering on his entry into God’s heavenly home, the depth of his life as a servant observed by those who pursued his non-marketed ministry–the Kingdom wealth deposited by him into the hearts of thousands, and sensing the sadness of the empty space left here on the earth was foremost in thought at that moment. He was a faithful servant and friend. His life was a valuable gift to thousands.

In that moment, as the flag was being folded the best description of what was witnessed is, “the glory (an effervescent “living oil) cultivated in this man’s life; due to his obedience to the Lord as son and watchman enabled by God’s strength (who trumpeted truth), was now lifting off the flag.” His friendship to the Lord, his partnership with God, his giving of his life as bond servant to God, him knowing his identity full well, all capsulated within this glory was now returning to God his friend and Father. Who would capture the baton? Who would watch over the nation with such friendship to Christ? Who would understand their identity and call to this depth? Who would love God and their nation to this “refined by fire” level? This man was not one who watched over nor cultivated self preservation, promotion, nor prominence but watched over the dreams, destinies planned, and the delivery of the truth of God to the peoples. 

“I will stand on my guard post
And station myself on the rampart;
And I will keep watch to see what He will speak to me,
And how I may reply when I am reproved.”
Habakuk 2:1

Last night as my friend arrived, we stood outside in silence for a long time overlooking the mountain ranges spread out before us. Within moments while standing in silent thought, there was no longer the veil between heaven and earth. The atmosphere was charged with God’s intentional presence. He was talking. No longer just “standing” out in nature, but now looking out over the nations through WATCHMAN EYES enabled to see beyond the physical alone but into the presence of the One who gives sight of the nations. The confidence of identity and the invitation to hear and see whatever it was that God wanted to show and tell. My spirit was at attention. The Watchmen was present. Time stood still — it was time to work.

Meanwhile, my friend (unknowingly of this experience) was herself in a heavenly encounter. She was observing a huge eagle hovering right there in front of us. She asked God who this eagle was and why he was here. She was told that this eagle was the WATCHMEN EAGLE and was waiting for someone to ride with him. He was sent to watchmen who were interested in knowing what God was saying and doing.

Friends this is not just for us. This is for those who have been called, answered the call, and desiring to look into the nations with His perspective. Who will ride with the Watchmen Eagles? Who will ask for love deeper than imagined towards Jesus, for the ethnos of nations, for the land? Who will change schedules to fit the promotion? Who will ride with the WATCHMAN EAGLE and ascend into the heights over nations?

“The earth is the Lord’s, and all it contains,
The world, and those who dwell in it.
For He has founded it upon the seas
And established it upon the rivers.
Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord?
And who may stand in His holy place?
He who has clean hands and a pure heart,
Who has not lifted up his soul to falsehood
And has not sworn deceitfully.
He shall receive a blessing from the Lord
And righteousness from the God of his salvation.
This is the generation of those who seek
Him, Who seek Your face—even Jacob.”
Psalms 24: 1-6

Heaven and Earth are watching together!
There is another group of people who are WATCHING with the WATCHMEN of the nations. These people have accomplished their work on the earth and have graduated to the balconies of heaven looking out over the nations. We are not alone. They have much invested in our work here on the earth. For they will not be made perfect nor receive what was promised to them until we ourselves accomplish God’s Dream which he has  entrusted to us.

“….And all these, having gained approval through their faith,
did not receive what was promised,
because God had provided something better for us,
so that apart from us they would not be made perfect.
Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses
surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance
and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with
endurance the race that is set before us,
fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith,
who for the joy set before Him endured the cross,
despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”
Hebrews 11:39 – 12:2

There is a level of a watchman refined by the heart of God, available for those who desire to volunteer in the day of God’s power.  Destinies of nation are in the balance and the beauty of these nations are waiting to be received by those who will cherish the DREAM of GOD, and work to present Him with an inheritance for His Son Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

“Watchman, what is the time of the night?
Watchman, what is the time of the night?”
The watchman says,
“Morning comes but also night.
If you would inquire, inquire;
Come back again.”
Isaiah 21:11-12

“His splendor covers the heavens,
And the earth is full of His praise.
His radiance is like the sunlight;
He has rays flashing from His hand,
And there is the hiding of His power.
Before Him goes pestilence,
And plague comes after Him.
He stood and surveyed the earth;
He looked and startled the nations.”
Habakuk 3:3-6a

With joy and purpose He awaits our arrival!
